Travel Agent's Story | How we save time for our clients


Online is such a big space where you can literally do so many things like research, find places to eat, shopping and even booking your holiday.




When you book your flights or accommodations online and things go smoothly without any hiccups then it's all good right? But imagined when you have to book your flights with a bassinet for your bub, accommodations in multi places, transfer, tour andddddd you have a new born, house choirs to take care off and work part time..... This can be such a hassle and time consuming.


Oh and after you have finalised everything then you had to change the trip dates due to work commitment. You would have to undo all your hard work and redo everything again. This would seriously take many hours of your own time if you booked this yourself.


A family friend has reached out for help for her trip to Hawaii with her hubby and new born bub. All they have done was booked a hotel in Waikiki and asked us to search for flight options with bassinet, recommendation on where to go after Waikiki, transfer and day tours.


I briefed my mini me aka Jam on what to search based on the client's request and off she went with her research. She found different flight options e.g. Qantas, Jetstar, Air New Zealand and Hawaiian airline but most of them had either limited bassinet and flight with reasonable price. She managed to get a decent price with Hawaiian airline but the bassinet wasn't showing whether it was available or not.


Luckily Jam used to work for Hawaiian airline and she still have her connection there to help her out. Her Supervisor friend was able to open up the seat map and got our clients the bassinet but this had to be done asap before someone else book it.


Not only Jam got our clients the bassinet but the hotel that they booked in Waikiki was $400 cheaper with our supplier so the clients cancelled theirs and booked with us. Talking about saving some 🤑🤑🤑


Clients finalised their trip but then after a few days they had to change their travel dates.



Guess how many emails it took for the clients to do this? ONLY 2!!!!



Email 1 - Jam we need to change our travel dates. Please look into this thank you.



( Took Jam about 3 hours and multiple calls to check change fee for the airlines for cheapest date, bassinet availability and 2 hotels. After gathering all the info then sent to the clients)



Email 2 - Ok Jam please go ahead and change this for us. Thank you.



Because the clients booked their trip with us we have SAVED them hours from

✅ Calling the airline

✅ Checking which dates is the cheapest to change

✅ Checking the bassinet

✅ Changing their hotels


They will also receive our AFTER CARE service where if there is any flight cancellation or delay etc my team and I will be the one who deal on their behalf so that they won't have to spend time calling the airlines or fix the dramas themselves.
